1. Changes to web site
As we  have become an established group with 6 months experience I have changed  the title of our “What’s New” pages to “History” as they  reflect the first two meetings and the formation of our group. The “What’s New” aspects are now covered in our “Newsflash” pages accessed via the link on our “Home” page.

2. Changes to membership
As a result of a question at our January 2007 meeting it was agreed to extend membership to anyone with a stoma as long as they were aware that content of our discussions would cover cancer experiences. This decision was taken as there was no local group solely for stoma patients.

1. Our Guest Speaker the Macmillan Regional Coordinator Paula Bond was unfortunately unable to attend our January meeting due to the extreme weather conditions.  We will arrange for her  to attend a future meeting (maybe March).
