1. At our last meeting the question of Public Liability Insurance was raised and I have discussed this with Lynn at St Margaret’s Hospice, Yeovil. The Hospice has Public Liability Insurance in place that would cover group members whilst on the Hospice premises.
2. During  discussion Lynn advised that if we had members in wheelchairs who use the lift to get to the first floor meeting room they should be aware that in the event of lift failure they might have to remain on the upper floor until lift operation was restored.  If this became a problem for us in the future we have been offered the use of the Day Room facilities on the ground floor that are available on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
